This was the invitation sent out to family members Adair Reunion 2009 Hammond Park, Bloomfield, New Mexico
Reunion, June 4,5,6, at the Hammond Park in Bloomfield New Mexico. The Park has a pavilion, rest rooms with showers and plenty of space to park RV’s, campers or put up tents. There are no hookups for campers, but lots of space and grass. We are working with a man who lives here, to cater the meals. At this time we have no prices for these meals but are working on them. A post card or e-mail will follow as soon as we know.
Thursday June 4 we will begin the reunion at 4 p.m. Anyone wanting to come early and set up camps, tents, etc. may do so. We will plan our evening meal for 6:00 or 6:30. After the meal we can visit and renew old friendships. Friday, June 5 8 am-Breakfast 10 am-Tour to the Hammond Cemetery just east of the park 12 noon Lunch 1:30 to 2:30 Sharing family history and visiting 2:30 Power Point Presentation on Emily P. Tyler Adair 6-8 Dinner 8-9 Entertainment 9-bedtime visiting around the campfire
Sat. June 6 8—Breakfast 10-Power Point presentation on George W. Adair 11-Auction & Raffle (please bring items for auction, this is optional) 12—Business Meeting (to find out where and when we want to hold next reunion.) 12:30—lunch 2 p.m. Conclusion of the Adair Reunion 2009 We have scheduled the park thru Sunday, June 7, so those who would like to camp another day, may do so.
